The start date for the new well installation has been pushed back 2 weeks due to the rain causing overly wet site conditions. On behalf of the Board of Directors for FCCSA we would like to welcome Sharon Barboza as newly appointed director for the Association. Sharon, a CPA and a member of the finance committee, was nominated and elected to serve out the remaining term for outgoing Board member Noel Mascarenas. Volunteering to serve on the Board of Directors for an HOA requires you to tirelessly give your time and resources to your community and the Board, along with the FCCSA Staff, thank Noel for his dedication and service to this community for the past 9 years.

The Aquatic Center Lap Pool repairs are complete, and the pool will reopen on Tuesday, August 30th at 5:00 am.
