All participants may request a refund before the start of the second class period. No refunds will be granted after this time. Refund requests may be made in person, by phone or mail. All refunds will be processed with a check and will take approximately four (4) weeks to process.
Yoga / Meditation: Designed for Stress Relief
Begin with gentle flow of movements, focusing on developing deep and correct breathing skills. Enhancing lung capacity and then progress into few postures with mental strength and mindfulness. Practice different Pranayama, ending with soothing meditation. Ultimately you will notice an improvement in flexibility, mental peace, and clarity.

Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED
American Heart Association’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course provides the knowledge and skills that may help save a life. It offers the basics of first aid for the most common life-threatening emergencies.
Who should take Heartsaver: Anyone who needs a course completion card for work, regulatory or other requirements.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
BLS teaches the concepts of high-quality CPR, improvement of chest compression fraction, and high-performing team dynamics.
Who should take BLS: Healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills.

Pickleball lessons in First Colony
Pickleball is fun, social, and friendly. The rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
- A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong.
- Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net.
- Played with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes.
- Played as doubles or singles.
Pickleball is enjoyed by people of all ages and athletic abilities thanks to its ease of play and straightforward rules. Grab a paddle and give it a try!
