Office Remodel

The FCCSA office building requires major repairs due to significant foundation slab movement and structural damage throughout the building. As part of the necessary work required to make repairs to the office building, additional remodeling will be done, as well as converting the Aquatic Building into a space that can be used to host FCCSA meetings and will serve as an event rental space. These upgrades require ensuring all spaces become compliant with current ADA standards, and therefore includes required upgrades to the Aquatic Center bathrooms. Axonometric drawings of the planned improvements can be seen below. The total approved budget for the project is $2,734,847, and this is being funded through existing Capital funds. Funding this work will not require the Association to go into debt or to need to raise the assessment to cover the costs of the project. The anticipated schedule is for the Aquatic Building work to be completed between July and October, the bathroom work to be completed July 29th through August 28 (but the pool will open earlier if the work is completed ahead of schedule), and the main office work to be done November of 2026 through June of 2027. FCCSA staff will continue to work out of the main office during the Aquatic Building construction, and will set up temporary offices in the Aquatic Building while the work is completed on the main office.
