Come have fun on Brooks Lake by checking-out a kayak at the Oyster Creek Boathouse located at 15910 Creekbend Drive, Sugar Land.  The boathouse is open Saturdays and Sundays from April 18 through October 31.

Hours of operation:

• Saturdays & Sundays – 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. & 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day – 8 a.m. -12 p.m. & 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

You must be 21 years of age or older to check-out a kayak; rowers under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.  There is no cost to check-out a kayak for FCCSA members.  Must have a valid digital pool pass.

At kayak check-out you will be required to leave a driver’s license and sign a liability form.  Non-residents may rent a kayak by buying a pass at the FCCSA office. A daily one-use pass is $10.00 per person with a season pass cost of $50.00 per person.  Make checks payable to FCCSA.  Reservations are not accepted as kayaks are checked out on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Don’t forget to bring along sun block and drinking water!  There are no pets allowed in the kayaks. Life preservers are provided and must be worn by all participants.
