Payments & Invoicing
- The first month’s fee must accompany all ads.
- Cash, check, or Visa/MC or Discover is accepted.
- If advertising multiple months, the first month’s fee must accompany the ad when submitted. Thereafter, you may choose to be invoiced each month or the ad may be charged each month. A reminder invoice will be mailed or emailed the first week of the month for the next month’s newsletter.
- If advertising multiple months, a contract should be signed.
- A copy of the advertisement will be mailed after the distribution of the newsletter.

- First Colony Compass is distributed the first week of every month to almost 10,000 residential homes in Sugar Land and Missouri City as well as over 300 businesses in the Association.
