Give Your Pumpkins a Second Life! 🎃🌱

Give your pumpkins a second life this fall! FCCSA is partnering with Curb to Compost to offer pumpkin composting for First Colony residents from November 2 through December 1, 2026.

Residents can drop off their leftover pumpkins in the designated composting bins located at FCCSA’s facilities near the Aquatic Center Pool.

Before dropping off your pumpkins, please remove all candles, wax, aluminum foil, paint, decorations, and other non-compostable materials.

Instead of sending your pumpkins to the landfill, drop them off to be composted and put to beneficial use!
