Yoga/Meditation: Designed for Stress Relief

Begin with gentle flow of movements, focusing on developing deep and correct breathing skills. Enhancing lung capacity and then progress into few postures with mental strength and mindfulness. Practice different Pranayama, ending with soothing meditation. Ultimately you will notice an improvement in flexibility, mental peace, and clarity. Please email Maya at firstname.lastname@example.org for the link to join her yoga classes on Zoom. Attend any or all four classes a week. You must enter the meeting 5 minutes before the start.
