Earth Day Event | Invest in Our Planet

Earth Day was first started in 1970 as a protest against environmentally unfriendly practices, since then, our country has come together every year to celebrate our Earth. This year, FCCSA wants to help our community Invest in Our Planet by educating our members on ways to help our environment. Join us on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 3 pm to 5 pm at the FCCSA Aquatic Center parking lot to learn about rainwater harvesting, native plants and butterflies, composting tips from Curb to Compost, along with a tree planting demonstration by FCCSA Landscaping company Westco. At 4:30 pm, we will have a special surprise for all ages that you DO NOT want to miss. Attendees of this event will have the opportunity to win various raffle prizes that include rainwater harvesting barrels, Home Depot and Lowes gift cards.
