Fences

The FCCA Operations Department currently maintains many different areas and styles of fencing throughout the community.  However, the majority of fence maintenance inside First Colony is the responsibility of homeowners.  The Association only owns fencing that is inside FCCA reserves and does not enclose a homeowner's property.  However, the Operations Department does perform fence maintenance on the following boulevards when they are adjacent to FCCA neighborhoods.

- Austin Parkway                                   - Grants Lake Blvd.

- Brooks Street                                      - Highway 6 (limited portions)

- Cartwright Road                                 - Lexington Blvd.

- Commonwealth Blvd.                        - Palm Royale Blvd.

- Crosslakes Blvd.                                - Settlers Way Blvd.

- Edgewater Drive                                 - Sweetwater Blvd.

- Elkins Road                                         -Williams Trace Blvd.
