Enhanced Compliance Program

The Enhanced Compliance Services Speialists work with neighbohoods for a personal approach to resolving guideline infringement issues.  Compliance Services Specialists assist residents with outstanding issues by making personal contact or leaving door tags requiesting residents to schedule appointments for assistance.  Specialists will provide information regarding deed restriction guidelines and how to address specific problems.

Typically, Compliance Services Specialists will meet with residents at their property, so that target issues can be observed and discussed readily. Specialists will initiate Action Plans with deadlines and distribute helpful information such as deed restriction guidelines. If applicable, residents will be referred to other FCCA specialists such as Landscaping, Modifications, Operations, etc. For more information, please e-mail andrewv@firstcolony.org.
